United Outreach has developed one of the most high tech documentation programs in the world. Clinical Docs is a web-enabled ASP program that can be utilized by our group members from any computer in the world. The requirement to use Clinical Docs is simple. You must be able to get online. United Outreach’s documentation system meets all HIPAA requirements and uses the highest level of security for patient/therapist confidentiality. United Outreach has its own server where therapists log onto to perform their documentation. All documentation is electronically submitted, with one click of a button, to United Outreach corporate offices, where all patient documentation is filed and securely stored. Clinical Docs has internal e-mail capabilities allowing all therapists to communicate with the administration team at United Outreach, through a secure website.
