United
Outreach is accepting applications for
therapists to become part of our group practice
throughout the country. Applicants must
be registered Physical therapists or Occupational
therapists licensed in the state for which you are applying. See "Contact Us" section for the states we are licensed in. We are always working on licensing in numerous states, so keep checking for your state to be added to the list. Applicants
must be able to have self- referrals, as United
Outreach does not provide patient referrals.
Therapists are paid per visit
at a rate of $60.00 to $80.00 per visit and are paid on
the 27th of each month. Therapists of United
Outreach, who are considered independent
contractors, are not entitled to pay withholdings,
health insurance, malpractice insurance or workman's
compensation.

Interested applicants must

Outreach website and must be approved
by United Outreach before qualifying
for group member status. There is NO CHARGE TO
APPLY. Become part of our team today. Requirements are as follows:
